With the desire to bring joy and create opportunities for staff members to bond, on October 6th and 13th, 2022, HD Marine organized a 4-day, 3-night luxury cruise trip for all staff members to Ha Long Bay, Ninh Binh, Trang An, and Hanoi.

Tourism is always one of the top priorities for HD Marine, and the company regularly organizes trips for its entire staff. In addition to the goal of fostering solidarity and boosting morale, travel, sightseeing, and vacations are also a way for BOD to show appreciation for the staff’s hard work and dedication over the past year.

This activity aims to take care of the staff’s wellbeing after stressful work days, and is also an opportunity for members to interact and strengthen their unity. It is also a chance for staff to rest and restore their energy.

This trip is expected to boost staff morale and increase work efficiency.
